Introduction
When setting up or upgrading a MobiCall system, a “Locking Code” is required to generate a license key. This is crucial for both software and hardware dongles to ensure the system’s proper functioning.
Software Dongle Licensing
To activate a software dongle license:
Complete the system configuration (IP, MAC address, etc.).
Use the Setup Wizard to generate a “Locking Code”.
Send the generated Locking Code to New Voice Support for license key creation.
Hardware USB Dongle Licensing
For hardware USB dongle:
Connect the USB dongle and access the License Tool via the desktop.
Generate the “Locking Code” through the Setup Wizard or the “New Voice Information” app.
Email the Locking Code to New Voice Support to receive the license key.
Activation Process
Once you receive the license files from New Voice Support:
Open the License Tool.
Select the appropriate license update option (software or USB dongle).
Insert the license files and activate the license.
