    Warranty Exchange The warranty period begins on the delivery date. The warranty duration is 12 months when used as intended. The receipt of the NewVoice RMA form (issued by us) is a prerequisite for shipping the replacement hardware. If the defective component is not returned within 14 days after the replacement hardware has been dispatched, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement hardware. If the reported item is found to be non-defective, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement hardware and an administrative fee of €250.

    Exchange Outside the Warranty Period For hardware exchanges outside the warranty period, please indicate in the RMA form whether the replacement hardware should be shipped and invoiced upon receipt of the form. The warranty expires after the warranty period or within the warranty period if defects or malfunctions result from excessive wear and tear, improper use, incorrect operation, or excessive strain.
    In order to ensure quick processing, we will ship the goods immediately upon the reception of this signed form. If we do not receive the defective component within 14 days, we take the liberty of charging for it.
