NEC is withdrawing from support of the
PBX and alarm server area!

Important announcement

The company NEC has decided on a strategic realignment and is therefore withdrawing from support for telephone systems (PBX) and alarm servers and is therefore no longer available as a support partner.

Important dates:

End-of-Delivery: 31.12.2024

End-of-Service: 31.03.2030

NEC manufacturer support (bug fixes and security updates) is available until the End of Service date if your systems are covered by a valid Software Assurance beyond December 31, 2024.

Software Assurance orders can be placed with a minimum term of one year until December 31, 2024. After that, orders are only possible with existing Software Assurance. The End of Delivery date affects all orders for hardware, software and licenses.
